Breaking News: PokerStars seals the Fulltilt-Deal

Sounds like good news for all former Fulltilt-Players who lost some of their money on the black friday: PokerStars aquires FullTilt Poker and pays back a total of more than 300 Million Dollars to the players in and outside the U.S. (according to Pokernews.com). PokerStars also announced that they want to bring FullTilt back into business in several countries. It is not clear, however, what exactly will happen to the brand.

Preet Bharara, the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York, said that they would be “pleased to announce these settlements by Full Tilt Poker and PokerStars, which allow us to quickly get significant compensation into the victim players’ hands” in a press release.
